摘要
[目的]调查山西省高校学生对创新创业教育认识现状,研究师生对现行教育体系满意程度,为山西省高校,特别是医学院校创新创业教育提出建议。[方法]通过调查问卷,调查山西省高等院校总体创新创业教育模式,将医学院校与非医学类院校比较,从多个角度进行分析。[结果]非医学院校学生在接受教育,实践经历和教育效果等方面比例均超过了医学院校。[结论]非医学类院校较医学院校具有更优越的教学效果,因此可以借鉴非医学类院校的课程设置,以培养学生创新思维能力为中心,激发学生的创业热情为主要价值导向,促进医科和非医科学生结合的团队合作模式,建立持续的培养体系,积极寻找各方面资源支持,为进一步深造打下良好基础。
Objective:To investigate the current situation of college students'understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Shanxi Province,study and analyze the satisfaction of teachers and students with the current education system,and put forward suggestions for innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province,especially in medical academies.Methods:Through the design and distribution of questionnaires,the overall innovation and entrepreneurship education model of colleges and universities in Shanxi Province was investigated,and the medical academywasanalyzed from multiple perspectives and compared with non-medical academies.Results:The proportion of non-medical students in the aspects of education,practical experience and educational effect all exceeded that of medical college.Ciscussion:Non-medical universities from medical academies has better teaching effect,so it can draw lessons from the curriculum of medical colleges,to cultivate students'innovative thinking ability as the center,stimulate students'entrepreneurial zeal as the main value orientation,promoting the combination of medical and non-medical students team cooperation mode,establish a continuous cultivation system,actively looking for resources to support,as to lay a good foundation for further study.
