摘要
目前CANFD网络通信未形成公开的成体系化的评估和测试方法,在实际的CANFD应用中,无法验证设计的可靠性和鲁棒性。针对此问题,论文提出一种对CANFD通信信号质量的分析方法,并在此基础上提出对实际CANFD通信的测试方法。首先,分解和量化时钟频率、收发器性能、PCB等因素对于CANFD通信信号质量的影响,计算采样点相对振铃稳定点的偏移范围。然后,根据振铃稳定点和采样点的偏移范围的相对位置关系对通信质量进行评估,提出对CANFD通信信号质量的测试方法。最后,根据此方法,对实际CNAFD通信进行测试,分析测试结果,并提出改善方案。
At present,the Controller Area Network with Flexible Data-Rate(CANFD)network communication has not formed a publicly systematic evaluation and test method.In the actual CANFD application,the reliability and robustness of the design cannot be verified.In response to this problem,a method for analyzing the quality of CANFD communication signals is proposed,and on this basis,a test method for actual CANFD communication is proposed.First,decompose and quantify the influence of factors such as clock frequency,transceiver performance,Printed Circuit Board(PCB),etc.on the quality of CANFD communication signals,and calculate the offset range of the sampling point relative to the ringing stability point.Then,the communication quality is evaluated according to the relative position relationship between the ringing stable point and the offset range of the sampling point,and a test method for the quality of the CANFD communication signal is proposed.Finally,according to this method,the actual CNAFD communication is tested,the test results are analyzed,and an improvement plan is proposed.
