摘要
在学习汽车自动变速器课程中,有些同学反映自动变速器结构复杂,行星齿轮机构动力传递不太会分析,各挡位传动比的计算有点难。鉴于此,笔者根据丰田U341E型自动变速器的结构原理,对行星齿轮机构的动力传递进行了分析,并对各挡位的传动比进行了计算。希望通过此文能够对学习自动变速器的学者具有一定的借鉴作用。
In the course of auto automatic transmission,some students said that the structure of automatic transmission is complex,planetary gear mechanism power transmission can not be analyzed,the transmission ratio of each gear is a little difficult to calculate.In view of this,according to the structure principle of Toyota U341E automatic transmission,the power transmission of planetary gear mechanism is analyzed,and the transmission ratio of each gear is calculated.It is hoped that this article can be used for reference by the scholars who learn automatic transmission.
