摘要
以ZP4000型液压支架为研究对象,根据其工程图纸建立液压支架三维模型,设置好液压支架的材料属性,选择两种典型工况分析该型液压支架顶梁的强度分析结果。经计算分析得出,偏载工况最大应力为553.8 MPa,扭转工况最大应力值为509.9 MPa。并结合分析计算结果提出顶梁优化改进意见,以期对液压支架结构设计与优化提供理论参考。
Taking the ZP4000 type hydraulic support as the research object,the three-dimensional model of the hydraulic support is established according to its engineering drawings,the material properties of the hydraulic support are set up,and the strength analysis results of the top beam of the hydraulic support are analyzed under two typical working conditions.Through calculation and analysis,the maximum stress of partial load condition is 553.8 MPa,the maximum stress value of torsional condition is 509.9 MPa,and combined with the results of analysis and calculation,the optimization improvement of top beam is put forward,which provides a powerful theoretical reference for the design and optimization of hydraulic support structure.
