A latent profile analysis of work family conflict patterns in dual-earner couples

摘要 目的:探索双职工夫妻工作家庭冲突模式,分析不同类型双职工群体工作满意度、婚姻满意度的差异。方法:选取237对双职工夫妻,使用工作家庭冲突量表(WFCS)、工作满意度量表(JSS)、婚姻满意度量表(MSS)进行调查,对双职工夫妻工作家庭冲突进行潜在剖面分析。结果:存在丈夫较高-妻子较低工作侵扰家庭组(16.5%)、低工作侵扰家庭组(30.4%)、丈夫中等偏低-妻子中等偏高工作侵扰家庭组(26.6%)、高工作侵扰家庭组(26.6%)4个工作侵扰家庭潜在剖面;存在丈夫较低-妻子高家庭侵扰工作组(8.4%)、丈夫高-妻子较低家庭侵扰工作组(3.0%)、低家庭侵扰工作组(40.9%)、中等家庭侵扰工作组(32.1%)和高家庭侵扰工作组(15.6%)5个家庭侵扰工作潜在剖面。低工作侵扰家庭组和丈夫较高-妻子较低组的JSS、MSS得分最高;低家庭侵扰工作组和丈夫高-妻子较低家庭侵扰工作组的JSS、MSS得分最高。结论:双职工夫妻的工作家庭冲突具有明显分类特征;不同的特征群体在工作满意度、婚姻满意度上有差异。 Objective:To explore patterns of work family conflict among dual-earner couples and compare the differences in job satisfaction and marital satisfaction of different work family conflict class.Methods:Totally 237 couples were recruited to complete the Work Family Conflict Scale(WFCS),Job Satisfaction Scale(JSS) and Marital Satisfaction Scale(MSS).Latent profile analysis was used to analyze characteristics of dual-earner couples’ work family conflict.Results:Four latent classes were identified, namely moderately high husband and moderately low wife work interfering family group(16.5%),low work interfering family group(30.4%),moderately low husband and moderately high wife work interfering family group(26.6%),and high work interfering family group(26.6%).Five latent classes were identified, namely moderately low husband and high wife family interfering work group(8.4%),high husband and moderately low wife family interfering work group(3.0%),low family interfering work group(40.9%),medium family interfering work group(32.1%),and high family interfering work group(15.6%).The low work interfering family group and the moderately high husband and moderately low wife group had the highest scores of job satisfaction and marital satisfaction.Low family interfering work group and high husband-moderately low wife family interfering work group had the highest scores of job satisfaction and marital satisfaction.Conclusion:Distinct differences are found between latent classes.There are differences in job satisfaction and marriage satisfaction among different type of groups.
