老年人越健康,生活越满意?——来自2014年CLHLS数据年龄、城乡与性别的检验

The Healthier,the More Satisfied with Senior Life?:Test from 2014 CLHLS Data of Age,Urban and Rural and Gender

在健康中国方案的实施下,研究老年人健康对生活满意度的影响具有重要意义。利用2014年“全国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查”CLHLS发布的数据,运用无序多分类回归分析方法,对分年龄、分城乡、分性别的老年人健康对生活满意度的影响因素进行了分析。研究发现:不同的健康评定标准对不同属性的老年人生活满意度有不同的影响,说明健康对老年人生活满意度存在异质性。从躯体功能来看,具备良好躯体功能的老年人生活满意度越高;自评健康较好的老年人对生活不满意度最高;心理健康一般的老年人对生活不满意的程度高于心理健康较好的老年人。本研究丰富了健康对老年人生活满意度的研究成果,对当下“健康中国”计划的实施具有重要的理论价值和现实价值。

As the aging population in China continues to deepen,the life satisfaction of the elderly need to be studied.Based on the data of Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Study(CLHLS)in 2014,the research objects were the elderly aged 60 and over.Using the unordered logistical regression research method,we have systematically studied the effects of health(physical health,self-rated health and mental health)in the elderly on life satisfaction.It was found that different health evaluation criteria have different effects on life satisfaction of the elderly,but generally there was heterogeneity between health and life satisfaction of the elderly.From the perspective of physical function,the elderly with good physical function had better life satisfaction.From the perspective of self-rated health,the elderly with good self-rated health were the most dissatisfied with life.From the perspective of mental health,the elderly with average degree considered life unsatisfactory,compared to the good degree of mental health.This study has important theoretical and practical value for the implementation of the current“Healthy China”plan.
