摘要
羧甲基壳聚糖是由壳聚糖氯乙酸醚化后得到的水溶性壳聚糖,具有水溶性、成膜性、保湿性、抗菌性、促渗透性、可黏附性、生物相容性和可降解性等优良的性能,在组织工程、材料工程、药物载体等领域广泛应用。综述了近年来羧甲基壳聚糖化学修饰的类型和方法,主要包括靶向性修饰、疏水性修饰和表面活性修饰,且重点分析了在药物载体方面的研究进展,此外还对化学修饰羧甲基壳聚糖作为药物前体进行了展望。
Carboxymethyl chitosan is a water-soluble chitosan obtained by etherification of chitosan chloroacetic acid.It is widely used in tissue engineering,material engineering,drug carrier and other fields due to its excellent properties such as water solubility,film-forming property,moisture retention property,antibacterial property,permeability promotion,adhesion property,biocompatibility and degradability.The types and methods of chemical modification of carboxymethyl chitosan in recent years were reviewed,and the types mainly include targeted modification,hydrophobic modification and surface activity modification.The research progress in drug carriers of carboxymethyl chitosan is also discussed emphatically.In addition,the prospect of chemical modification of carboxymethyl chitosan as drug precursor was also discussed.
