摘要
针对目前掘进机在硬岩巷道掘进效率低、安全隐患大的问题,研制了集钻孔、挖掘、运料、锚护于一体的硬岩巷道智能化掘进装备,结合现场应用情况对掘进机关键部位进行了优化,解决了在岩石普氏系数f>6的硬岩巷道掘进中的施工效率低、速度慢、安全隐患大、施工人员劳动强度大等问题,大幅提高了硬岩巷道机械化作业水平和掘进速度,对类似条件下巷道的进一步推广应用具有重要的理论意义和工程价值。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high potential safety hazards of roadheader in hard rock roadway, the intelligent tunneling equipment for hard rock roadway was developed, which integrates drilling, excavation, material transportation and anchor protection. The key parts of the roadheader were optimized in combination with actual working conditions. The problems of low construction efficiency,slow speed, high potential safety hazards and high labor intensity of construction personnel in hard rock roadway with rock Platts coefficient f >6 were solved. The mechanized operation level and tunneling speed of hard rock roadway are greatly improved, which has important theoretical significance and engineering value for further promotion and application under similar conditions roadway.
