摘要
课堂教学与信息技术的深度融合是外语教学改革的重要途径,是新时代提高教学质量的关键。本研究基于华南理工大学"学术英语"课程建设与教学改革实践,探索依托立体化教材、线上课程和翻转课堂教学,实现学术英语教学与信息技术深度融合的有效路径。研究结果表明,学术英语立体化教材能够满足学生的学习需求,线上课程促进了学生自主学习和主动学习,翻转课堂教学提高了学生的学术英语能力及综合能力。本研究对我国学术英语教学改革与实践具有启示意义。
The deep integration of classroom teaching and information technology is a major approach to foreign language teaching reform, and the key to teaching quality improvement in the New Era. Based on the practice of EAP(English for academic purposes) curriculum development and teaching reform at South China University of Technology, this study explores a path to realize the deep integration of EAP teaching and information technology on the basis of AETM(all-encompassing teaching materials), online courses and flipped classroom. The survey results indicate that AETM for EAP meets the learning needs of students, the online courses promote their autonomous and active learning, and the flipped classroom teaching model improves their academic English ability and comprehensive abilities. The study has implications for EAP teaching reform and practice in China.
