摘要
随着全球电力系统的发展和对电力系统运行可靠性要求的提高,越来越多用户提出气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)中的断路器要采用三极机械联动形式,防止因电气联动出现偏差而导致断路器非全相运行的情况发生。文中详细论述了某高压开关有限公司最新研制的252 kV三极机械联动断路器。该案采用"拐臂盒+传动连杆"的传动结构来实现三极联动,通过优化设计解决了相间传动误差导致同期性变差、主轴连板受严重侧向力以及三极机械联动断路器运动质量过大等问题,并且得到相关试验验证,对后续其他三极联动设计提供一定的参考意义。
With the development of the global power system and the increasing requirement for operation reliability of power system,more and more utilities have proposed to adopt three-pole mechanical gang operation form for circuit breaker of gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear(GIS)so to prevent occurrence of open-phase operation of circuit breaker due to deviation of electrical gang operation.The newly developed 252 kV three-pole gang operated circuit breaker by a certain high voltage company is described in detail.In this scheme,the drive structure of"lever box+drive linkage"is adopted to achieve three pole gang operation and such problems as weak synchronization due to drive error between phases,severe lateral force of linkage plate of main shaft and excessive motion mass of three pole gang operated circuit breaker etc,and related test verification is obtained,which can provide a definite reference for other subsequent three pole gang designs.
