高校医学类实验室设备与人员的人性化管理

Humanized management of medical laboratory equipment and personnel in colleges and universities

高等院校医学实验室是以培养医学相关人才并将医学相关研究成果进行转化的场所,其中高、精、尖与贵重仪器较多。医学实验室的高效管理关系到医学人才安全、科学素质的培养,故及时有效地发现并解决高校医学实验室的管理问题十分必要,应引起各个高校和(或)医学院校的重视。实验室在教学中的地位与教研室相当,通过实验室的实践过程,能有效的将理论与实践进行紧密联系,在人员管理上基本条件应以实验内容为基础,进行合理优化与资源整合,做好资源共享,从而确保现有资源的充分优化与利用,对于实验室仪器设备的管理则建议实名负责制及使用预约制,确保实验室资源的规范、标准与科学利用,提高实验室教学与管理效率。医学实验室的高效管理关系到医学人才安全、科学素质的培养,故及时有效的发现并解决高校医学实验室的管理问题十分必要,应引起各个高校和(或)医学院校的重视。本文则主要针对高校医学类实验室的日常管理的规范化与人性化进行综述。

Medical laboratories in colleges and universities are places to train medicine related talents and transform medicine related research results,in which there are many advanced,exact,sophisticated,and expensive instruments.The efficient management of medical laboratories is related to the safety of medical talents and the cultivation of their scientific literacy.Therefore,it is much necessary to find out and solve the problems in the management of medical laboratories in colleges and universities in a timely and effective manner,which should attract the attention of all colleges and universities and/or medical colleges.The status of laboratory in teaching is equivalent to that of teaching and research section.Through laboratory practice,theory and practice can be closely linked in an effective way.Personnel management should be based on experiment content,which is to be regarded as the fundamental condition,and it should optimize and integrate resources reasonably and share resources well,so as to ensure the full optimization and utilization of existing resources.For the management of laboratory instruments and equipment,real-name responsibility system and appointment system are suggested,so as to ensure the normative,standard and scientific utilization of laboratory resources and improve the efficiency of laboratory teaching and management.The efficient management of medical laboratories is related to the safety of medical talents and the cultivation of their scientific literacy.Therefore,it is much necessary to find out and solve the problems in the management of medical laboratories in colleges and universities in a timely and effective manner,which should attract the attention of all colleges and universities and/or medical colleges.This paper highlights a review of the standardization and humanization of daily management of medical laboratories in col leges and universities.
