公共数字文化服务新形势下基层数字图书馆发展研究

Research on the development of grass-root digital libraries under the new situation of public digital cultural service

基层公共图书馆是公共数字文化服务体系中的重要组成部分,在文化信息资源向乡镇普及共享过程中起着重要的衔接作用。然而,由于基层图书馆存在较为普遍的经费不足、人才欠缺、缺少宣传和文化服务氛围薄弱等问题,严重影响了其数字化发展水平,乃至公共数字文化服务体系健康发展。文章在分析现有问题的基础上,提出加强经费使用科学性、提升发展内驱力、加强宣传、打造品牌和寻求社会力量参与等解决途径,以求助力基层数字图书馆建设发展。

The grass-root public library is an important part of the public digital cultural service system,and plays an important role in the process of cultural information resources to the township popularization and sharing.However,there are some common problems in grass-root libraries such as insufficient funds,lack of talents,lack of propaganda and weak cultural service atmosphere,which seriously affect the level of digital development and even the healthy development of public digital cultural service system.Based on the analysis of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some solutions such as strengthening the scientific use of funds,promoting the development of internal drive,strengthening the publicity,creating a brand and seeking the participation of social forces,so as to help the construction and development of grass-root digital libraries.
