突发公共卫生事件下护生专业认同感调查分析及反思 被引量:3

A Study on Professional Identity and Reflection of Nursing Students under the Emergencies of Public Health

摘要 为了解学生应对突发性公共卫生事件所需要的能力,讨论其对护理专业学生思想水平及专业认同感的影响,在新发传染病疫情防控期间,采用自行设计的护理专业学生专业认同感问卷,通过问卷星对253名护理专业学生进行调查,采用SPSS 22.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果显示,新发传染病事件对大多数学生的专业认同感产生了积极的影响;父母对护理的态度与学生对护理的态度存在相关关系(P<0.05);85%的护生认为需要提高紧急事件的应对能力。由此可以得出护理专业学生专业认同感以及应对突发性公共卫生事件的能力有待提高,建议护理教育者从实际需要出发,加强培养学生专业认同感和应对能力,在今后课程设置上进行改进。 In order to understand the ability of students to deal with public health emergencies,and to discuss its impact on the ideological level and professional identity of nursing students during the outbreak of new infectious diseases.The self-designed questionnaire of professional identity of nursing students was used to investigated 253 nursing students,and SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.The results showed that the new infectious disease events had a positive impact on the professional identity of most students,and the attitude of parents to nursing was related to the attitude of students to nursing(P<0.05).85%of nursing students thought that it was necessary to improve the coping ability of emergency.It can be concluded that the professional identity of nursing students and the ability to respond to emergent public health events need to be improved.It is recommended that nursing educators strengthen the training of students'professional identity and coping skills,and improve the curriculum in the future start from actual needs.
