基于六经欲解时治疗定时发作的荨麻疹

Treating timed urticaria based on the Liujing Yujieshi theory

荨麻疹是皮肤科常见的疾病,症状为风团伴有瘙痒,骤起骤消,不留痕迹。本病诊断容易,治疗较难。据观察,临床上很多患者的荨麻疹会在固定时间发作或加重。导师张晓杰教授通过学习张仲景"六经欲解时"理论,根据荨麻疹发作、加重时间不同,应用对应的六经方治疗,常取得良好的效果。

Urticaria is a common disease in dermatology. The symptoms are wheal accompanied by itching, which suddenly disappears without leaving any traces. This disease is easy to diagnose and difficult to treat. It has been observed that symptoms in many patients with urticaria in clinic will onset or worsen at a fixed time. Based on studying the Liujing Yujieshi theory(" 六经欲解时 " 理论) from Zhang Zhongjing, the instructor of the author, Professor Zhang Xiaojie, applies Liujing prescriptions in treating urticaria according to the onset and exacerbation time of urticaria, and gained good results.
