新疆油田高矿化度回注水配制二元驱油体系研究 被引量:3

摘要 优选疏水缔合聚合物KYPAM和表面活性剂环烷基石油磺酸盐(KPS)组成二元驱油体系,考察了二元驱油体系的增黏性、界面张力、耐盐耐钙、老化稳定性、乳化能力、吸附性和驱油性能。并将其用于中国石油新疆油田分公司A井区B油井开展试注试验。实验结果表明,加入KPS后,二元驱油体系的黏度有所下降,但降幅较小,仍可满足使用要求;KPS含量为0.05%~0.50%(w)时,二元驱油体系界面张力达到超低,同时表现出较好的耐盐耐钙性和长期稳定性。在聚合物KYPAM质量浓度为1800 mg/L、KPS含量为0.5%(w)、注入量为0.5 PV时,二元驱油体系提高采收率最大,为29.22%。现场试注试验结果表明,二元驱体系具有良好的降水增油效果。 An optimum binary flooding system was prepared by hydrophobic associating polymer KYPAM and surfactant naphthenic petroleum sulfonate(KPS).The viscosity increasing,rheology,interfacial tension,salt and calcium tolerance,aging stability,emulsification ability,adsorption and oil displacement performance of the binary flooding system were investigated.And it was used in oil well B in well area A of PetroChina Xinjiang Oilfield Branch to carry out test injection tests.The experimental results show that after adding KPS,the viscosity of the binary flooding system decreased slightly,which can still meet the requirements.When the KPS content was 0.05%-0.50%(w),the interfacial tension of the system was ultra-low,while showing good salt and calcium tolerance and long-term stability.When the polymer concentration of KYPAM was 1800 mg/L,the KPS content was 0.5%(w),and the injection volume was 0.5 PV,the enhanced oil recovery of the binary flooding system was the highest,which was 29.22%.The field trial injection test results show that the binary flooding system had a good water control and oil increase effect.
