摘要
食品安全是人们美好生活的基础,更关乎社会的稳定发展。由于网络餐饮的特殊性、外部性以及信息不对称等特征,使得网络餐饮的监管存在比传统餐饮更多的问题。基于此,本文对网络餐饮的食品安全监管中存在的问题进行探讨,分析其存在的原因,并提出相关建议,以推动网络餐饮的健康发展。
Food safety is the foundation of people’s good life, and it is more related to the stable development of society. Due to the particularity, externality and information asymmetry of online catering, the supervision of online catering has more problems than traditional catering. Based on this, this article discusses the problems existing in the food safety supervision of online catering, analyzes the reasons for their existence, and puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the healthy development of online catering.
