老年乳腺癌患者术后化疗不良反应的护理要点及其价值分析

Nursing Key Points and Value Analysis of Post-operative Chemotherapeutic Side Response in Elderly Breast Cancer Patients

目的探讨老年乳腺癌患者术后化疗不良反应的护理要点及其价值。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月在我院收治的98例老年乳腺癌患者进行分组研究,按入院先后顺序分别划分为研究组(49例)和参照组(49例)。常规护理干预的组别为参照组,专业护理干预的组别为研究组,分别对两组的不良反应发生情况及护理满意度情况进行统计和观察。结果不良反应发生率对比,研究组明显低于参照组,P<0.05;护理满意度结果对比,研究组明显高于参照组,P<0.05。结论老年乳腺癌患者在术后化疗中实施护理干预,可有效预防不良反应,对提升生活质量,得到满意评价,均具有显著的效果。

Objective To explore the nursing points and value of postoperative chemotherapy toxicity in elderly patients with breast cancer.Methods The 98 elderly breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected for group study,and they were divided into study group(49 cases)and reference group(49 cases)according to the order of admission.The conventional nursing intervention group is the reference group,and the professional nursing intervention group is the research group.The occurrence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups are counted and observed respectively.Results Compared with the incidence of adverse reactions,the study group was significantly lower than the reference group,P<0.05;compared with the results of nursing satisfaction,the study group was significantly higher than the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion Elderly patients with breast cancer in the implementation of postoperative chemotherapy nursing intervention,can effectively prevent toxic and side effects,improve the quality of life,get satisfactory evaluation,have significant nursing effect.
