What is the relationship between cultivating medical students’"three habits"(learning habits,exercise habits,eating habits)and prescribing"three prescriptions"(medical prescriptions,exercise prescriptions,and dietary prescriptions)after graduation?This article analyzes the necessity and scientificity of cultivating the"three habits"of medical students,combines the transformation of modern medical models,the needs of the national health strategy,and the requirements of Chinese students’development of core literacy,and discusses the"three prescriptions".Meet the basic requirements for the training goals of medical students in the new era;the development of"three habits"is an important guarantee for medical students’academic completion,physical and mental growth,and career progress,and the education process can promote the development of"three habits"in terms of the formation of job competence of medical students,the close relationship between the"three habits"and the"three prescriptions"is discriminated:it is a progressive and inherited mutual influence relationship.The former supports the latter,and the former is the premise and foundation,the latter is the result,and the formation of the former’s ability will solidify and deepen the former,thereby improving the sense of career achievement and professional value of medical students.
