多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是妇科临床常见的内分泌疾病,近年来发病率有上升趋势,李伟莉教授从事妇科临床40年,长期致力于PCOS的研究,将本病基本病机总结为"阳虚-血瘀-痰湿互结",在此理论基础指导下自拟芎归苍附二陈汤1号方及芎归苍附二陈汤2号方,同时结合患者体质个体化给药,并中西合参,重视生活因素干预及情志疏导,取得了较好的治疗效果,为临床治疗PCOS提供新思路。

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common endocrine disease in gynecological clinics.In recent years,the incidence rate has increased.Professor Li Weili has been engaged in gynecological clinics for 40 years and has been committed to PCOS research for a long time.The basic pathogenesis of this disease is summarized as"under the guidance of this theoretical basis,Xionggui Cangfu Erchen decoction No.1 and Xionggui Cangfu Erchen decoction No.2 combined with the individualized administration of the patient’s physique.The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine pays attention to the intervention of life factors and emotional counseling,and has achieved good therapeutic effects,which will provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of PCOS.
