护理部在6·17长宁地震灾害救援中的组织管理

Practice of strengthening management function of nursing department in medical rescue of Changning 6·17 earthquake disaster

目的探讨护理部在6·17长宁地震灾害医疗救援中的组织管理方法,为提高灾害救护效率提供参考依据.方法回顾分析宜宾市第二人民医院在四川长宁地震灾害救援中的护理组织管理,归纳总结其中的经验和要点.结果地震灾害发生后的2周中,本院共救治地震伤员1435人次,其中地震灾害现场救护126人次,转运伤员45人次到本院地震灾害集中救治病房、四川大学华西医院,帐篷医院救治伤员1264人次,收治住院伤员20人次.现场救护迅速有效,转运安全有序,无一例发生意外;住院伤员全部康复出院,无死亡.结论在大型灾害医疗救援中,三级甲等综合医院护理部职能应迅速强化,实施应急护理管理,通过高效的组织、调度、协调、控制等管理手段,提高医院在应对灾害救援时的护理管理效率和灾害救援质量.

Objective To explore the working methods of strengthening the organization and management functions of the nursing department in the medical rescue of Changning 6·17 earthquake disasters,so as to provide a reference for improving the rescue efficiency of disaster nursing organizations.Methods The nursing organization and management in Changning 6·17 earthquake disaster rescue of our hospital were reviewed and analyzed to summarize the experiences and key points.Results Two weeks after the earthquake disaster,our hospital had received and treated 1435 patients,126 of them were rescued and treated on site,45 were transferred to our hospital's earthquake disaster centralized treatment ward and West China Hospital,Hunan University,1264 tent hospital rounds and 20 hospitalization.The on-site rescue was quick and effective,the transportation was safe and orderly,and there was no accident.All the hospitalized patients were recovered and were discharged without death.Conclusion In the large-scale disaster medical rescue,the functions of the nursing department of the third-grade class-A general hospital should be strengthened rapidly,emergency nursing management should be implemented,and the efficiency of nursing management and the quality of disaster rescue should be improved through efficient management methods such as organization,scheduling,coordination and control.
