摘要
为响应国家制造强国战略,培训高级技能人才,本文以我校引进的智能工厂实训平台为载体,介绍了通过RFID技术采集物品信息,为WES提供数据基础,不仅为生产提供实时数据信息,同时也为产品的全生命周期管理提供了一个实时的移动数据库。学生通过该平台的学习,可以了解先进技术在智能制造中的具体应用,提高了学生多技术综合应用的能力,同时也培养了学生数字化和信息化思想。
In response to the national strategy of building a powerful manufacturing country and training senior skilled personnel.Based on the intelligent factory training platform introduced by our college,this paper introduces how to use RFID technology to collect material information and integrate with the existing MES,which not only provides real-time information for production,but also provides a real-time mobile database for product lifecycle management.Through the learning of the platform,students can understand the specific application of advanced technology in intelligent manufacturing,improve their ability of multi technology comprehensive application,and cultivate their digital and information thinking.
