Problems and measures of ecological restoration of the Liaohe River Basin

以水域岸线管理与保护、退耕(林)还河、建立健全生态补偿机制、生态湿地建设及生态流量调度等措施为手段,统筹解决辽河流域水污染、水环境、水生态等突出问题,构建辽河流域治理生态体系,促进生态系统良性发展。

In order to reduce water pollution, and improve the water environment and water ecology in the Liao River Basin, measures need to be taken to protect water bodies and shorelines, stop farming and tree planting in the riverbed, complete ecological compensation mechanism, restore wetlands and allocate environmental flow.These measures shall promote the sound development of the ecosystem by creating the framework for the governance of the river basin.
