摘要
由于抗生素的过度使用和滥用,抗生素耐药性也随之产生,抗菌肽作为新型抗菌剂可减少抗生素的使用。随着对抗菌肽研究的深入,发现低蛋白酶抗性、溶血性以及不稳定性等缺点使其在临床应用上受限。除了在结构上对抗菌肽进行修饰和改造外,使用纳米材料作为递送系统传递抗菌肽也可以改善其不足并提高治疗效果。纳米材料能够与抗菌肽协同抗菌,对药物进行可控释放,有的还具有生物可降解性,发展前景极为广阔。论文概述了常用纳米材料的种类和优缺点,纳米材料作为递送载体在改善抗菌肽药理活性及不良反应方面的最新研究进展,以期为新型纳米抗菌肽的开发利用提供理论参考。
The widespread use of antibiotics increases the emergence of antibiotic resistance.The research on new antibacterial agents,antimicrobial peptides(AMPs),could reduce the use of antibiotics.With the in-depth study,the limitations of AMPs in the clinical application were gradually exposed which mainly due to their proteolysis-susceptibilities,strong hemolytic toxicities and instabilities.Nanomaterials,which could be used on structural-modifications,can also improve the treatment efficiency of AMPs as vehicles.Nanomaterials have synergistic antimicrobial effect with antimicrobial peptides.Because of the biodegradability and the drug-releasing controllability,nanomaterials have extremely broad development prospects.In this paper,the types,advantages,disadvantages and prospects of nanomaterials were reviewed.The latest progress of nanomaterials as delivery carriers to improve pharmacological activity and adverse reactions of AMPs were discussed.
