两种足背动脉穿刺置管法成功率的比较分析

A comparative analysis of the success rates of two dorsal plantar artery catheterization

目的:分析足背动脉穿刺时足背动脉穿刺置管法的最优选择。方法:研究样本收录为100例行直接检测足背动脉压患者,依据足背动脉穿刺法差异,分为接受直接足背动脉穿刺法的50例直接穿刺组与接受透壁足背动脉穿刺法的50例透壁穿刺组,对比分析穿刺成功率、VAS与医护质量评分。结果:透壁穿刺组一次性穿刺成功48例,成功率96.00%,直接穿刺组一次性穿刺成功38例,成功率76.00%,数据对比有效期异有统计学意义(P<0.05);透壁穿刺组VAS评分、医护质量评分较之直接穿刺组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论:经过本次研究分析得知,足背动脉穿刺方法优先选择直接穿刺法,将透壁穿刺法用作直接穿刺法失败后的补偿措施,进一步提升临床医护质量。

Objective To analyze the optimal choice of dorsal plantar puncture catheterization method during dorsal plantar puncture.Method The study sample included 100 patients who received direct dorsal foot arterial pressure.According to the differences in dorsal foot arterial puncture,they were divided into control group and intervedtion group.50 cases who received direct dorsal foot arterial puncture in the control group.In the intervention group of 50 cases of transmural dorsal plantar puncture,the puncture success rate,VAS and medical quality score were compared and analyzed.Results 48 cases of one-time puncture were successful in the intervention group,with a success rate of 96.00%,38 cases of one-time puncture were successful in the control group,and the success rate was 76.00%.The comparison of data was significant(P<0.05);the VAS score and medical quality score of the intervention group were compared in the control group,the data difference between the groups was significant and there was significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the analysis of this study,the direct puncture method is preferred to the dorsal plantar puncture method,and the transmural puncture method is used as a compensation measure after the failure of the direct puncture method to further improve the quality of clinical medical care.
