考虑保鲜努力和增值服务的风险规避型生鲜农产品供应链协调研究 被引量:2

Research on Coordination of Fresh Agricultural Products Supply Chain with Risk Aversion Considering Fresh-keeping Efforts and Value-added Services

摘要 在考虑生鲜农产品的需求受新鲜度、零售商的增值服务水平和产品的销售价格等因素影响的情况下,构建了由一个风险中性的供应商和一个风险规避的零售商组成的两级生鲜农产品供应链决策模型,分别研究了集中决策和分散决策模式下供应商和零售商的最优决策;通过设计双向成本共担与补偿策略的混合契约,激励供应商提高保鲜努力水平、零售商提高增值服务水平。结果表明:在双向成本共担与补偿策略的混合契约下,当补偿满足一定条件时,可以实现供应链的协调。最后通过数值仿真对研究结果进行了验证。 Considering that the demand of fresh agricultural products is influenced by freshness of agricultural products,value-added service level of retailers and sales price of products,a two-level fresh agricultural products supply chain decision model composed of a risk-neutral supplier and a risk-averse retailer was established.Under centralized decision-making and decentralized decision making mode,the paper respectively studied the optimal decision of supplier and retailer.By designing a hybrid contract of two-way cost sharing and compensation strategy,the suppliers are encouraged to improve the fresh preservation effort level and retailers to improve the value-added service level.The results show that the supply chain coordination can be achieved under the hybrid contract of two-way cost sharing and compensation strategy,when the compensation amount meets certain conditions.Finally,the results are verified by numerical simulation.
