社区老年慢性病护理管理中医养结合护理的应用价值分析

Analysis on the application value of combined medical and nursing care in the nursing management of elderly chronic diseases in the community

目的:分析社区老年慢性病护理管理中医养结合护理的应用价值。方法:2019年8月-2020年11月收治老年慢性病患者100例,按照不同护理管理方式分为两组,各50例。对照组接受常规护理;观察组接受社区老年慢性病护理管理。比较两组患者生活质量及病情管理评分。结果:观察组护理后病情管理评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区老年慢性病患者接受医养结合护理管理,可显著提升患者病情管理效果和生活质量,利于疾病康复。

Objective:To analyze the application value of combined medical and nursing care in the nursing management of elderly chronic diseases in the community.Methods:From August 2019 to November 2020,100 elderly patients with chronic diseases were selecte,they were divided into the two groups according to different nursing management methods with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group received community nursing management for elderly chronic diseases.The quality of life and disease management scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of disease management and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of medical care and nursing management for elderly patients with chronic diseases in the community can significantly improve the effect of patient condition management and quality of life,and is conducive to disease rehabilitation.
