经典名方半夏厚朴汤物质基准制备工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:根据古代经典名方复方制剂物质基准的申报资料要求,研究经典名方半夏厚朴汤物质基准制备工艺。方法:单因素实验考察工艺参数,以指标性成分和厚朴酚、厚朴酚、6-姜辣素、野黄芩苷和迷迭香酸总转移率及出膏率为评价指标,采用权重综合评价。结果:确定工艺为称取姜半夏15 g,厚朴9 g,茯苓12 g,生姜15 g饮片放入药罐(2 L)加1400 mL水,加盖浸泡30 min,武火煮至沸腾后文火煎煮保持微沸,紫苏叶6 g于距煎煮结束前15 min放入,煎煮1次得滤液800 mL,常压趁热80℃双层200目尼龙纱布过滤后50℃(-100 kPa)减压浓缩至生药量1.0 g·mL^(-1),冷冻干燥。结论:此工艺均未出现离散数据,稳定可行,可为之后制定半夏厚朴汤物质基准质量标准提供一定的参考。 Objective:To study the optimum preparation technology of Banxia Houpo Decoction based on the material standard declaration data of ancient classic compound prescriptions.Methods:The technology parameters were observed via single factor experiment.The total transfer rate and extract rate of honokiol,magnolol,6-gingerol,scutellarin and rosmarinic acid were taken as the evaluation indexes,and comprehensive evaluation was carried out by weight.Results:The optimal preparation was as follows,the herbs(Jiang Banxia 15 g,Houpo 9 g,Fuling 12 g,Shengjiang 15 g)were immersed into 1400 mL water contained by 2 L ceramic pot for 30 min,heated it to boiling with strong fire,then changed into mild fire to make it kept slightly boiling.Zisuye(6 g)was put in 15 min before the end of boiling.The herbs were boiled just once to obtain 800 mL decoction,the decoction was filtered at 80℃under normal pressure by 200-mesh nylon gauze,then concentrated into 1.0 g/mL freeze-drying at 50℃under reduced pressure(-102 kpa).Conclusion:The preparation technology is stable and feasible without discrete data,which provides the reference for the later establishment standard substances of Banxia Houpo Decoction.
