摘要
目的设计一种快速智能雾化消毒装置作为应急消毒装备来应对未来可能发生的大规模、高传染性的疫情。方法选择食品级的次氯酸水作为雾化来源的消毒剂,利用不锈方钢、储液罐、水泵、PVC管路以及四向雾化喷头搭建装置机械组件,利用被动式红外人体运动(Passive Infrared Detectors,PIR)感应器、单片机、继电器、树莓派和摄像头模块实现装置电路及软件控制。结果PIR感应器识别有人进入消毒装置入口时,发出识别信号,传输至单片机主控系统经继电器控制水泵运行15 s,泵出的储液罐中的次氯酸水经四向雾化喷头可生成雾化薄雾,实现对行人从头到脚消毒15 s,保护行人较长时间内不沾染病菌。同时,该装置可利用摄像头对进入行人进行拍照,上传至后台由PC、手机终端设备进行实时查看和人员数据统计。结论该设计可实现产品化、标准化,可服务于消毒保障能力提升,可为我国有效应对重大公共卫生事件及灾害救援防疫提供有力支撑。
Objective To design a rapid intelligent fogging disinfection device as an emergency disinfection equipment to deal with the large-scale and highly infectious epidemic situation that may occur at any time in the future.Methods Hypochlorite water which was food-grade was selected as the disinfectant for the source of fogging.The mechanical components of the device was constructed by using stainless steel square bar,storage tank,water pump,PVC pipeline,and four-way fogging nozzle.The device circuit and software control were implemented by using passive infrared detectors(PIR),microcontroller,relay,raspberry pie,and camera module.Results When the PIR recognized that someone entered the entrance of the disinfection device,it sent out a identification signal,which was transmitted to the microcontroller control system,and the water pump was controlled to run for 15 s by the relay.The hypochlorite water in the pumped storage tank could generate mist through the four-way fogging nozzle,which could disinfect pedestrians from head to foot for 15 s,and protect them from germs for a long time.At the same time,the device could use the camera to take pictures of entering pedestrians and upload them to the background for real-time viewing and personnel statistics by PC and mobile terminal devices.Conclusion The design can be productization and standardized to serve the improvement of disinfection protection capacity,and provide strong support for effective response to major public health events,disaster relief,and epidemic prevention in China.
