摘要
从零件的设计MBD模型中提取制造特征信息是三维工艺设计的基础,也是实现CAD/CAPP/CAM集成的关键。针对传统的基于属性邻接图的特征识别方法中存在的特征表达二义性和子图同构算法时间复杂度高等问题,提出了一种基于扩展属性邻接图和图同构的制造特征识别方法。首先,提取零件设计模型的几何/拓扑信息,并构建扩展属性邻接图;接着,对扩展属性邻接图进行属性分解,最大限度的分离出扩展特征子图;然后,利用图同构实现对各类相交特征的准确、高效识别。最后,以某机加工零件为例,对所提方法的可行性进行了实例验证。
It is very important to extract manufacturing feature information from part designMBD model to realize 3D process design and integration of CAD/CAPP/CAM.To solve the problem of ambiguity of feature expression and high time complexity of subgraph isomorphism in the feature recognition method based on attributed adjacency graph,a manufacturing feature recognition algorithm based on extended attributed adjacency graph is proposed and graph isomorphism.Firstly,geometric/topological information of part design model was extracted and extended attribute adjacency graph was constructed.Next,extended attribute adjacency graph was decomposed into a set of extended feature subgraphs.Then,all kinds of intersecting features were recognized accurately and efficiently by graph isomorphism.Finally,a machining part was taken to verified the feasibility of the proposed method.
