老化处理对不同活力玉米种子萌发期及幼苗期生长的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为探究种子老化对玉米生长发育的影响,以不同活力玉米杂交种为实验材料,采用高温高湿的方法对玉米种子进行人工老化处理,利用室内培养箱及温室环境条件,研究玉米种子活力在不同老化程度下的变化规律及种子老化对不同活力玉米幼苗生长特性影响。结果表明,随着人工老化处理时间延长,种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数均呈显著下降趋势,不同活力玉米种子萌发期各性状差异逐渐加大,活力降低程度不同。活力高的玉米品种不一定能耐老化,老化敏感型玉米种子的出苗率、出苗速率、幼苗生长量及整齐度受抑制程度严重,幼苗含水量低,代谢缓慢。 In order to investigate the effects of seed aging on the growth and development of maize,the maize hybrid seeds with different vigor were artificially aged under high temperature and humidity and the change rule of the seed vigor with different aging degree and the effects of seed aging on the growth characteristics of maize seedlings with different vigor under indoor incubator and greenhouse environment conditions were studied.The results showed that with the extension of artificial aging treatment time,the germination potential,germination rate,germination index and vigor index of the seeds showed a significant decrease trend.During the germination stage of maize seeds with different vigor,the differences of each character increased gradually and the vigor decreased to different degrees.The maize varieties with high vigor might not be able to resist aging.The emergence percentage,emergence rate,seedling growth and uniformity of the maize seeds belonged to aging sensitive type were seriously inhibited and seedlings had low water content and slow metabolism.
