Application of bioinformatics in sub-health detection and evaluation

摘要 亚健康作为疾病与健康的中间状态,其早期识别和干预对降低发病率及维护大众健康有着重要的意义。近年来,生物信息技术在医学研究中广泛应用,与疾病相关的生物标志物逐渐被人们发现,推动了对疾病的精准治疗。采用生物信息技术联合中医诊断疾病的方法不仅能够凸显中医特色,为亚健康识别提供依据,也使得更早期干预以维护机体健康状态成为可能。因此,探索生物信息技术在亚健康检测与评估中的应用路径和方法十分重要。 Sub-health is an intermediate state between disease and health,and its early identification and intervention are of great significance in reducing incidence of diseases and maintaining public health.In recent years,bioinformatics has been widely applied in medical research,and biomarkers related to diseases have gradually been discovered,which promotes the precise treatment on diseases.The application of bioinformatics technology combined with traditional Chinese medicine can not only highlight the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,provide the basis for sub-health identification,but also enable early intervention to maintain body health.Therefore,it is very important to explore the application pathways and methods of bioinformatics technology in sub-health detection and evaluation.
