摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定氧氟沙星凝胶中三种抑菌剂的含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm;5μm);流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(60∶40),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长254 nm。结果:羟苯甲酯、羟苯乙酯、羟苯丙酯分别在0.009696~1.212μg/mL(r=0.9999)、0.012941~1.617581μg/mL(r=0.9999)、0.019601~2.45016μg/mL(r=0.9999)浓度范围内呈良好线性关系;平均回收率在98.91%~101.15%。结论:该方法可用于氧氟沙星凝胶中三种抑菌剂的含量控制。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of three antimicrobial agents in ofloxacin gel.Methods:Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm;5μm)was used with methanol-1%acetic acid solution(60∶40)as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results:The linear range was 0.009696~1.212μg/mL(r=0.9999)for methyparaben;0.012941~1.617581μg/mL(r=0.9999)for ethylparaben,0.019601~2.45016μg/mL(r=0.9999)for propylparaben,there was a good linear relationship in these linear range.The relative average recoveries were 98.91%-101.15%.Conclusion:The method can be used for the quality control of three antimicrobial agents in ofloxacin.
