不同含油污泥处理工艺的生命周期评价 被引量:4

Life cycle assessment of different treatment processes for oily sludge

摘要 运用生命周期评价方法,对5种含油污泥处理工艺进行了环境影响定量评价,分别从能源消耗、物料消耗、污染物排放和运输等方面对比分析了不同工艺的环境表现。结果表明,在5种含油污泥处理工艺中,超声工艺及热洗工艺的环境影响值较低,归一化总值分别为2.27E-14、2.51E-14,均具有良好的环境表现,主要原因是这2种工艺的能源消耗量较小且污染物排放量较小。而热解、热解+热洗及微生物工艺的环境影响值较高,归一化总值分别为4.16E-14、3.74E-14和3.23E-14。从环境影响的角度考虑,含油污泥处置应优先考虑超声工艺或热洗工艺。 Five oily sludge treatment processes were quantitatively assessed through the life cycle assessment method for their environmental impact.The environmental performance of different processes was analyzed from the aspects of energy consumption,material consumption,pollutant emission and transportation.The results showed that the environmental impact values of the ultrasonic technology and the thermochemical cleaning technology were lower,and the normalized total values were 2.27E-14 and 2.51E-14,respectively.There was a good environmental performance of them.The main reason was that the energy consumption and the pollutant emission of the two processes were lower.While the environmental impact values of the pyrolysis and the pyrolysis&thermochemical cleaning as well as the microbial treatment were higher with the normalized values of 4.16E-14,3.74E-14 and 3.23E-14,respectively.Considering the environmental impact,the oily sludge should be preferentially treated by the ultrasonic technology or the thermochemical cleaning.
