摘要
目的探讨短视频用药科普的效果。方法统计并分析2020年5月至6月六院药师抖音短视频的观看量、点赞量等相关数据,以及相关短视频在微信公众号和微信视频号上的相应数据。结果6个系列短视频中,抗凝药物华法林科普视频的观看量(4000余人次)和点赞量均最多,高血压、高血脂系列位居第2,观看量2500余人次;30期视频中,观看量前5位视频均是关于抗凝药物华法林的科普视频;抖音平台短视频的观看量为微信公众号的4倍,为微信视频号的1/10(点赞量为其1/2)。结论使用短视频进行用药科普,能获得较多公众的关注,但抖音平台对用药科普的传播既有优势又有不足,可以尝试多平台宣传。
Objective To investigate the effect of short videos on the popular science of medication.Methods Video-viewing,thumb up and other data related to short videos on the Tik Tok of″Liuyuanyaoshi″from May to June 2020 were collected and statistically analyzed,as well as corresponding data of short videos on the We Chat official account and WeChat video.Results Among the six series of short videos,short videos about popular science of anticoagulant warfarin were the most-viewed(more than 4000 times)and most-liked,and the series of videos on hypertension and hyperlipidemia ranked second,with more than 2500 times of viewing.Among the 30 total short videos,the top five most-viewed videos were all about the popularization of the anticoagulant warfarin.The video-viewing of Tik Tok platform was four times than that of the WeChat official account,and only 1/10 times that of the WeChat video.The number of short videos that got″thumb up″on the Tik Tok platform was only 1/2 times that of the WeChat video.Conclusion Short videos on popular science of rational drug use can get more public attention.Tik Tok platform has both advantages and disadvantages in the dissemination of popular science,so we can try to publicize on multiple platforms.
