体外冲击波治疗肌腱病有效性研究

Research of the efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave therapy for tendinopathy

肌腱病是临床常见病、多发病之一,保守治疗是其主要治疗手段,其中体外冲击波疗法疗效确切,优于普通保守治疗方法,可替代手术治疗。但体外冲击波疗法治疗肌腱病有效性机制还不清楚,治疗参数选择不统一,阻碍了其更好地应用于肌腱病治疗。

Tendinopathy is one of the common and frequently occurring diseases in clinical practice, and conservative treatments have been the main methods, of which the extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT) is considered as a definitely effective treatment, with better efficacy than ordinary conservative cures, and can be used as an alternative to surgery. However, the mechanism of its effectiveness in the treatment of tendinopathy with ESWT is still of a dim nature, and the selection of treatment parameters is not uniformed, which hinders the extensive application of ESWT for tendinopathy therapy.
