一例刺猬胃内异物的影像学诊治

Imaging Diagnosis and Treatment of Foreign Body in Stomach of Hedgehog

一只疑似发病的雌性刺猬被送至皖西学院教学动物医院进行救治,临床表现为食欲废绝、精神沉郁、刺无光泽和身体虚弱等症状,实验室检查可见患病刺猬有轻度炎症、贫血和脱水,影像学检查发现胃肠内有大量气体和高密度团块,超声扫查可见胃内有强回声团块影像,初步诊断为胃内异物。经评估后通过外科手术进行异物取出,术后患病刺猬恢复良好。

A suspected diseased female hedgehog was sent to the teaching hospital of West Anhui University for treatment.Her clinical manifestations were loss of appetite,depression,dull spines,weakness and other symptoms.Laboratory examination showed mild inflammation,anemia and dehydration in the sick hedgehog.Imaging examination showed a large amount of gas and high-density lumps in the gastrointestinal tract.Ultrasound scan showed a lot of gas in the stomach hyperechoic mass imaging,the initial diagnosis of foreign bodies in the stomach.After evaluation,the foreign body was removed by surgery,and the hedgehog recovered well.
