四神煎合四妙散加减治疗湿注关节型膝骨关节炎性滑膜炎的临床研究

Clinical study of Sishen Decoction combined with Simiao Powder in treatment of wet injection joint type knee synovitis

目的:观察四神煎合四妙散加减治疗湿注关节型膝骨关节炎性滑膜炎(KS)的临床疗效。方法:将60例KS患者按照随机原则分成对照组及治疗组,其中治疗组30例给予中药四神煎合四妙散加减颗粒剂,对照组给予滑膜炎颗粒,以1周为疗程,共计治疗4周。通过采集两组KS患者治疗前后VAS评分、肿胀程度、WOMAC评分、中医证候积分、不良反应等,并使用SPSS 26.0对数据进行统计分析、疗效评定。结果:两组KS患者近期疗效相当。经治疗后1、2、4周,治疗组VAS及WOMAC积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组总有效率为93.3%(28/30)显著优于对照组的83.3%(25/30)(P<0.05)。结论:四神煎合四妙散加减治疗湿注关节型KS疗效确切,能有效改善患者疼痛、肿胀等症状,且疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sishen Decoction combined with Simiao Powder on wet injection joint type knee osteoarthropathy synovitis(KS).Methods:Sixty patients with KS were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,in which 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Sishen Decoction and Simiao Powder granules,while the control group was treated with synovitis granules for 1 week,a total of 4 weeks.VAS score,swelling degree,WOMAC score,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions were collected before and after treatment in 2 groups,and SPSS 26.0 was used for statistical analysis of data and efficacy evaluation.Results:In terms of short-term efficacy,the two groups had the same therapeutic effect.After 1,2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of VAS and WOMAC in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01),the total effective rate of the treatment group[93.3%(28/30)]was significantly higher than that of the control group[83.3%(25/30)](P<0.05).Conclusion:Sishen Decoction combined with Simiao Powder has curative effect in the treatment of wet injection joint type KS and can effectively improve pain,swelling and TCM syndromes in patients,with better efficacy.
