Dynamic Interpretation and Realization Path of High-Quality Development of Sports Industry under the New Development Paradigm of “Dual Circulation”

从双循环新发展格局下体育产业与其他产业融合发展的内在逻辑关联出发,结合产业融合理论、产业分工理论和产业关联理论,对体育产业融合发展的内外部动力机制进行了理论诠释,并以此为依据对照当前制约我国体育产业与其他产业融合的现实因素,构建了双循环背景下体育产业高质量发展的实现路径。研究认为,体育产业自身属性特征、产业价值链整合发展要求、外部政策发展环境、技术创新动力变革和消费需求转变共同构成了双循环背景下体育产业融合发展的内外部动力机制。在现有发展基础上,我国体育产业要进一步拓宽融合发展的广度和深度,破除产业融合的行业与行政壁垒,强化各类产业融合资源整合力度,注重人力资本开发和创新驱动对产业融合的提升作用,从而在双循环背景下实现体育产业融合的高质量发展。

Based on the internal logic relevance of convergence development between sports industry and others under the new development paradigm of "dual circulation", combined with the theory of industrial convergence, division and relevance, the study interprets the internal and external dynamic mechanism of high-quality development of sports industry convergence theoretically.According to the comparison of current constraints on the convergence of sports industry and other industries in China, the realization path of high-quality development of sports industry convergence under the background of "dual circulation" is constructed.The study found that the characteristics of sports industry, the requirements of integrated development of industrial value chain, the environment of external policy, the dynamic change of technological innovation and the shift of consumer demand constitute the internal and external dynamic mechanism of the convergence development of sports industry under the new development paradigm of dual circulation.On the basis of the present development, in order to realize the further high-quality development of the convergence of sports industry under the background of "dual circulation", we should further widen the scope and depth of the convergence development, break down the industrial and administrative barriers of the industrial convergence, strengthen the convergence of various kinds of industrial integrated resources, pay attention to the role of human capital development and innovation-driven on the promotion of industrial convergence.
