心理护理干预在艾滋病患者护理中的应用研究

Application of Psychological Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of AIDS Patients

目的采用心理护理措施对艾滋病患者加强护理协助,分析临床护理效果。方法本次试验选取了2019年1~7月前来本院就诊的艾滋病患者70例作为调研对象。对照组(35例)采用常规护理措施,观察组(35例)则采用心理护理干预,分析治疗期间患者的病情改善成效。结果护理前,两组HAMA和HAMD评分和CD4+T淋巴细胞计数比较无差异,P>0.05;护理后,观察组HAMA和HAMD评分优于对照组,且CD4+T淋巴细胞计数明显高于护理前及对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各项生活质量及总分均好于对照组,且满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论采用心理护理干预措施能够更好地改善艾滋病患者病情,舒缓患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量及护理满意度。

Objective Psychological nursing measures were adopted to strengthen the nursing assistance to AIDS patients and analyze the clinical nursing effect.Methods In this experiment,70 cases of AIDS patients who came to our hospital from January 2019 to July 2019 were selected as research objects.The control group(35 cases)was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group(35 cases)was given psychological nursing intervention.Results Before nursing,HAMA and HAMD scores and CD4+T lymphocyte count of the two groups had no statistical significance,P>0.05.After nursing,HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and CD4+T lymphocyte count was significantly lower than that of before nursing and the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life and total score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention measures can better improve the condition of AIDS patients,relieve their anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
