摘要
针对目前校企协同育人中存在的一些问题[1],抓住企业用人契机,以学生顶岗实习为切入点,通过加强顶层设计与过程管控,以增强校企协同育人实效性为目的,统筹规划顶岗实习管理,构建实习管理运行机制,通过引进实习平台,加强生企、生校联结;通过学校多层面人员线下赴企业巡访与调研,加强线上线下混合管理,深挖企业用人需求,加强岗位标准有机融入;通过校企全方位沟通与资源融合,形成起于企业输血、成于校企共同造血、功于学校向外输血的良性机制,助力校企协同育人,并以辽宁建筑职业学院为例进行了实践检验。
Aiming at the problems existing in the current school-enterprise collaborative education,it seizes the employment opportunity of enterprises,takes the internship as the breakthrough point,and strengthens the top-level design and process control.In order to enhance the effectiveness of collaborative education of schools and enterprises,it implements overall planning and management of the internship and constructs practice management operation mechanism.Through the introduction of internship platform,it strengthens the connection between students and enterprises,and students and schools;through visiting and investigating enterprises by multi-level personnel from the school,it strengthens the online and offline mixed management,explores the employment needs of enterprises,and strengthens the organic integration of post standards;through all-round communication and resources integration between the school and enterprises,a benign mechanism is formed,which helps the school and enterprises to cooperate in educating people.The practice test is carried out in Liaoning Jianzhu Vocational University.
