摘要
国内大型城市较其他区域更早具备碳达峰条件,其电力系统也将更快迎来双碳目标考验。双碳目标要求都市型电力系统在电源侧大力发展本地可再生能源、大幅增加外来清洁能源、逐步调整本地火电,在电网侧保障市内外大规模清洁能源的接入安全。在此过程中,落实大规模外来电增量和特高压通道、确保低惯量电力系统的运行安全、推动城市电网改造等将成为都市型电力系统转型的主要挑战。
Large cities in China will reach carbon peak earlier than other regions.So the urban power systems will also meet the challenges of dual-carbon target of carbon peak and neutrality earlier.They are required to vigorously develop local renewable energy,greatly increase external clean energy,and gradually adjust local thermal power,so as to ensure the access security of large-scale clean energy.In this process there will be a lot of challenges of urban power system transformation,which include large increment of external power,more access to UHV system,safe operation of low inertia power system,transformation of urban power grid etc.
