唐山地区传统农居建筑本体节能改造模拟 被引量:2

Simulation Analysis of Energy Efficiency Renovation of Traditional Rural Residence in Tangshan

摘要 针对唐山地区农居存在围护结构热工性能差、能耗高,导致能源损失严重等问题。建立了唐山农居围护结构模型,分析了围护结构改造对农居能耗及自然室温的影响。结果表明,唐山地区农居外墙围护结构改造保温厚度设置在40~60 mm为宜,全年累计热负荷可降低36.3%~38.6%;将屋顶保温层厚度设置为40 mm时,屋顶传热系数降低76.6%,全年累计热负荷可降低29.8%;外窗由6 mm普通玻璃改为12 mm普通中空玻璃,全年累计热负荷可降低20%;针对唐山传统农居提出6种围护结构综合改造方案,农居采暖季节能率可分别满足50%、65%、75%、85%的节能标准,冬季农居自然室温可提高4~6℃,全年自然室温低于8℃的小时数可降低85%以上。 The poor thermal performance and high energy consumption of the enclosure structure of traditional rural residence in Tangshan lead to serious energy loss.The model of Tangshan residential area was established,and the influence of the renovation of enclosure structure on energy consumption and natural room temperature was analyzed.The results show that it is appropriate to set the insulation thickness of the outer wall envelope of rural residence in Tangshan at 40-60 mm,and the annual cumulative heat load can be reduced by 36.3%-38.6%.If the insulation thickness of the roof is set to be 40 mm,the heat transfer coefficient of the roof and the annual accumulative heat load can be reduced by 76.6%and 29.8%respectively.The annual accumulative heat load can be reduced by 20%through changing the external window from 6 mm ordinary glass to 12 mm insulating glass.Six comprehensive renovation schemes for the envelope structure of Tangshan traditional rural residence were put forward.The energy efficiency of rural residence in the heating season can meet the energy saving standards of 50%,65%,75%and 85%respectively.The natural room temperature can be increased by 4-6℃in winter,and the hours of the natural room temperature below 8℃throughout the year can be reduced by more than 85%.
