摘要
乙丙橡胶(EPR)具有低温柔软性、耐水树、耐电晕、耐热等优异性能,广泛地应用于各类中低压电缆中。对目前各类标准对中低压电缆用EPR绝缘材料的性能要求进行了总结归纳,介绍了各类中低压电缆用EPR绝缘材料配方设计依据和设计原则以及设计的基本配方,以期进一步推动EPR绝缘材料的研发,提高EPR绝缘材料的性能,为更高品质的EPR绝缘电缆开发、推广、使用奠定良好基础。
Ethylene propylene rubber(EPR)is widely used in all kinds of medium and low voltage cables due to its low-temperature softness,water resistance,corona resistance and heat resistance.The performance requirements of EPR insulation materials for medium and low voltage cables in current standards are summarized.The design basis,design principle and basic design formula of various EPR insulation materials for medium and low voltage cables are introduced in order to further promote the research and development of EPR insulation materials,improve the performance of EPR insulation materials,and lay agood foundation for the development and application of higher quality EPR insulated cables.
