横梁位移速率对细铜线力学性能的影响

摘要 为探究横梁位移速率变化对不同细铜线力学性能测试结果的影响,对常见的TR-0.100、TR-0.150、TR-0.200、TY-1.504种型号规格细铜线,分别采用7种横梁位移速率(5~300mm/min)进行室温拉伸试验,每组取11次重复性试验的均值为测试结果。分析试验结果可知:细铜线的力学性能具有明显的拉伸速率相关性;抗拉强度值均随横梁位移速率增大而增大,测试结果的标准偏差先减小后小幅震荡,横梁位移速率150mm/min为拐点;抗拉强度值增速先快速减小,至最低后缓慢增大;细铜线线径越大,拉伸速率对抗拉强度测试值影响越小,测量精密度越高;抗拉强度随拉伸速率变化关系可用对数函数拟合;横梁位移速率对试样断口形貌有影响,速率越大韧窝尺寸越大。上述结果可为研究拉伸速率对细铜线力学性能测试结果的影响规律、解决因不同拉伸速率导致的结果差异、分析断裂失效提供参考。 In order to explore the influence of the change of the beam displacement rate on the test results of the mechanical properties of different thin copper wires,7 kinds of beam displacement rates(5~300 mm/min)are used to carry out room temperature tensile test for common TR-0.100,TR-0.150,TR-0.200,TY-1.50 four types of thin copper wire,and the average value of 11 repeated tests in each group is taken as the test results.Analysis of the experimental results shows that the mechanical properties of the thin copper wire have a significant correlation with the tensile rate;the tensile strength values increase with the increase of the beam displacement rate,the standard deviation of the test results decreases first and then oscillates slightly,150 mm/min is the inflection point;the increase rate of tensile strength value decreases rapidly at first,then slowly increases;the larger the diameter of the thin copper wire,the smaller the influence of the tensile rate on the tensile strength test value,the higher the precision of measurement;the relationship between tensile strength and tensile rate can be fitted with a logarithmic function;the beam displacement rate has an effect on the fracture morphology of the specimen,and the larger the tensile rate,the larger the size of the socket.The above results can provide a reference for the study of the influence of the tensile rate on the test results of the mechanical properties of thin copper wires,the solution of the difference in results caused by different tensile rates,and the analysis of fracture failure.
