摘要
以对苯二胺和环氧氯丙烷作反应原料,使用苄基三乙基氯化铵(TEBAC)作为催化剂,经过开环取代和闭环反应合成了一种新型高性能四官能团环氧树脂-1,4-二氨基苯四缩水甘油胺。产物的结构通过核磁(1HNMR)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、质谱(MS)等确定。采用正交试验设计考察了反应条件对反应收率的影响,确定了最佳合成条件为:原料配比n(对氨基苯酚):n(环氧氯丙烷):n(氢氧化钠)=1.00:4.50:4.50,催化剂用量0.04(相对酚的摩尔比),反应时间两步分别为0.5 h/1.0 h,乙醇作溶剂,反应温度65℃:50℃,产品收率达到85.2%。
A novel high performance tetrafunctional group epoxy resin-1,4-diaminobenzene Tetraglycidylamine was synthesized by using reaction of p-phenylenediamine and epoxylpropane as raw materials,benzyl triethyl ammonium chloride(TEBAC)as catalyst,after open-loop substitution and closed-loop reaction.The structure of the product was determined by nuclear magnetism(1H-NMR),infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS),etc.The effects of reaction conditions on the yield of reaction were investigated by orthogonal test design,The best synthesis conditions were determined as follows:raw material ratio n(p-aminophenol):n(epichlorohydrin):n(sodium hydroxide)=1.00:4.50:4.50,catalyst dosage was 0.04(molar ratio of relative phenol),two steps of reaction time were 0.5 h/1.0 h,alcohol as solvent,the reaction temperature were 65℃:50℃,and the product yield reached 85.2%.
