西洋参茎叶的化学成分和药理作用研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 西洋参作为常用中药,在国内外市场需求量大,但目前其开发利用主要集中在地下部分,对西洋参的地上部分研究较少。为了充分利用和开发西洋参茎叶药用资源,本文通过查阅近年西洋参茎叶的相关资料,对西洋参茎叶的化学成分与药理作用进行归纳、分析,并与西洋参根部进行对比,两者化学成分相近药理作用相似,可将西洋参茎叶作为中药新资源用于医疗保健。本文对西洋参茎叶的化学成分和药理作用进行综述,以期为西洋参茎叶的深入研究和开发利用提供依据。 As a common traditional Chinese medicine,Panax quinquefolium is in great demand at home and abroad,but its development and utilization are mainly concentrated in the underground part,and there are few studies on the aboveground part of Panax quinquefolium.In order to fully utilize and develop the medicinal resources of stems and leaves of Panax quinquefolium,the chemical components and pharmacological effects of stems and leaves of Panax quinquefolium are summarized and analyzed by consulting relevant studies in recent years,and are compared with those of the roots of Panax quinquefolium.All the results show that the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of the two parts are similar and the stems and leaves of Panax quinquefolium could be considered as new resources of traditional Chinese medicine for medical care.The chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of stems and leaves of Panax quinquefolium are reviewed in this paper,hoping to provide a basis for in-depth research and development of the stems and leaves of Panax quinquefolium.
