This paper mainly discussed the determination method,treatment measure,cause analysis and preventive measure of tubulation internal leakage failure of fixed tube-plate heat exchanger in sodium thiocyanate solvent recovery unit of a factory.Among them,without opening the equipment,the fault judgment method was discussed in detail by three means to judge and confirm whether there was the tube leakage,so as to reduce unnecessary maintenance costs,which had a wide range of reference significance for the determination and treatment of internal leakage of such fixed tubule-plate heat exchanger.
