摘要
交联聚乙烯由聚乙烯经过辐照交联或化学交联反应制成,具有耐温、绝缘、耐磨、力学性能良好等特点,是目前供电通信电缆行业应用最为广泛的材料。其良好的绝缘性能使得交联聚乙烯也能被运用在高压、超高压电缆中。对交联聚乙烯的结构特性、性能特点进行了概述,并比较了交联聚乙烯的常见生产工艺,进一步分析交联聚乙烯在供电通信电缆运用的优势。此外,对国内外交联聚乙烯在供电通信电缆应用的现状进行综述,提出当前研究存在的问题和不足之处,并展望交联聚乙烯未来的研究方向。
Crosslinked polyethylene is made of polyethylene by irradiation crosslinking or chemical crosslinking reaction. It has the characteristics of temperature resistance, insulation, wear resistance and good mechanical properties. It is the most widely used material in the power supply and communication cable industry. Crosslinked polyethylene can also be used in high-voltage and extra high-voltage cables due to its excellent insulation properties. In this paper, the structure characteristics and performance characteristics of crosslinked polyethylene were summarized, and the common production process of crosslinked polyethylene was compared, and the advantages of crosslinked polyethylene in the application of power supply and communication cables were further analyzed. In addition, the application status of crosslinked polyethylene in power supply and communication cables at home and abroad was summarized, the existing problems and shortcomings of the current research were put forward, and the future research direction of crosslinked polyethylene was prospected.
