摘要
高校自主研发实验器材,既可以满足现代实验对实验器材的要求,又可以让学生在实践能力方面得到提高。基于对学生专业实验提供保障的目的,文中介绍了自主研发的嵌入式运动控制学习开发系统,该系统以DSP为核心,搭建数字化控制系统,驱动电路采用光耦隔离的分离式结构,采用高压、大电流压控式IGBT,减少了硬件系统的体积,提高了硬件系统的功率密度,研发了一款具有自主知识产权的全数字高集成电机驱动实验设备,为学生提供科技创新的平台。
The independent research and development of experimental equipment in universities can not only meet the requirements of modern experiments on experimental equipment,but also improve students’practical ability.Based on the purpose of students professional experiment to provide security,this paper introduces the independent research and development of embedded motion control learning development system,this study development system with DSP as the core,set up digital control system,drive circuit adopts separate structure of optical coupling isolation,voltage controlled IGBT is adopts high voltage,high current,reduce the volume of the hardware system,improve the power density of the hardware system,the development of a high with independent intellectual property rights of digital integrated motor driven equipment,science and technology innovation platform for students.
