急诊重症脑梗死患者应用细致化护理的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of Meticulous Nursing in Patients with Acute Severe Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察急诊重症脑梗死护理中细致化护理的应用。方法:选择笔者所在医院2017年12月-2019年10月148例急诊科重症脑梗死患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法分组,对照组74例实行常规护理,试验组74例实施细致化护理。比较患者的护理效果、生活质量、并发症、住院时间及满意度。结果:试验组总有效率为97.2%,比对照组的83.7%高(P<0.05);试验组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组3例出现并发症,对照组11例,试验组发生率比对照组低(P<0.05);试验组住院时间短于对照组,满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急诊重症脑梗死护理中细致化护理的作用显著,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the application of meticulous nursing in emergency nursing of severe cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 148 patients with severe cerebral infarction in emergency department of our hospital from December 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,74 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care,and 74 cases in the experimental group were given meticulous nursing care.The nursing effect,quality of life,complications,length of stay and satisfaction were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.2%,higher than 83.7%of the control group(P<0.05);the score of quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);there were 3 cases of complications in the experimental group,11 cases in the control group,the incidence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meticulous nursing plays an important role in emergency nursing of severe cerebral infarction,which is worthy of promotion.
